The College Park, Georgia native and former high-school All-American enjoyed success in college playing in the SEC at Auburn University. Appearing in 13 games as a true freshman, McNeal was a part of the historic Auburn Tigers team that went 14-0 beating The University of Oregon in the 2010 BCS National Championship. The rangy defensive back accumulated an impressive 188 tackles while appearing in 38 total games, starting 20 of them. McNeal garnered 3rd Team Mid-Season All-SEC honors in 2012, as well as 4th-Team Pre-Season All-SEC honors prior to the 2013 season, after a 2012 campaign in which he finished 2nd on the team with 90 tackles. McNeal’s best performance came at Mississippi State in 2012 where he logged 18 total tackles the first Tiger to do so since 2001. McNeal was forced to play his senior year at West Alabama University earning All-American honors to cap off his college career. The Green Bay Packers signed the defensive back coming out of school in 2014, where he attended mini-camp with the ball club. Most recently McNeal played for the Nebraska Danger of the IFL in 2017, where he finished with 80 Tackles, 4 INTs, 2 Sacks, 14 PBUs, 3 Forced Fumbles, 2 Fumble Recoveries, 3 KR TDs, and 795 All-Purpose Yards.
