Jawad Yatim

President/Director of Scouting and Player Personnel

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Jawad graduated from Shrewsbury High School in 2008. As a senior quarterback he led his high school team to an undefeated 13-0 championship season, leaving the high school as the all-time leading passer. Jawad ultimately landed at nationally ranked Division 1- FCS Bethune-Cookman University playing for the Wildcats after starting at Milford Academy prep school and Dean Junior College following high-school. Jawad ended up concluding his college career back in Massachusetts attending Mt. Ida College where he is a Former All-American Honorable Mention and All-Conference Collegiate Athlete. Jawad left Mt. Ida College as the 3rd leading passer in school history after playing 2 seasons for the Mustangs, while also earning his bachelor’s degree in English. After College Jawad was signed to the Indoor Football League (IFL) and played for the Cedar Rapids Titans, Tri-Cities Fever and Billings Wolves. Jawad was also drafted to participate in AFL-China’s (CAFL) inaugural season in the fall of 2016, where he finished as the 4th leading rusher in the league while throwing the least amount of interceptions in the league. In 2017, Yatim signed with the Bloomington Edge of the CIF playing under current Pirates head coach Ameer Ismail. “This first year will be a lot of learning and getting adapted to this new role, however I’m ready to take this head on and represent my home state and family the right way.”
